Big Heart City is a Buddhist meditation group that seeks to honor your authentic experience, whoever you are. It is open to anyone with an interest in insight (or Vipassana) meditation. Based in the Mission District of San Francisco, together we train our hearts and minds to incline towards love and wisdom.
